What Animist keeps about you, and what it does with it.

What we keep
Your email address and mobile number, to sign you in, confirm the account and notify you.
Your password, only as a one-way hash, never the password itself.
What you publish on your profile: username, bio, phases, work samples and rate.
Orders, conversations, delivered files and review notes — a dispute is decided on this record.
Payment records, and the SHEBA number you register for payouts.
If you arrived through a campaign link, its source (for example a fair booth's QR code) is recorded with your account.
What we do not keep
Your card number is handled by the payment gateway. Animist never sees or stores it.
Who we share it with
Your information is not sold. The other party to an order sees what that order needs. Beyond that it is disclosed only under a court order.
Email
Security email (account confirmation and password reset) is always sent. Every other notification can be switched off in your account settings or from the link at the end of each message.
Your browser
To keep you signed in, a session key is kept in your browser's storage, along with your cart, language and theme. We use no advertising trackers.
Deleting your account
To delete your account and data, write to info@animist.ir. Financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.
