Commission comes out of the seller's payout, not on top of what the buyer pays. A specialist's tier is read from their own settled volume in that same currency.
Services: the client pays and the money is held by Animist until the delivery is approved. A job split into milestones is paid and released one milestone at a time.
After each delivery the client has 5 days to approve or dispute it. With no answer, the delivery counts as accepted.
Digital assets: the file is delivered on payment. If it does not match its listing, the buyer may ask for a refund within 14 days.
Released earnings can be withdrawn from Finance, to a SHEBA account in the specialist's own name.
Animist settles disputes on the record kept in the order room: the conversation and the versions delivered.
